2.Vacation(s) must be completed by August 30,2005. Vacation requires a Saturday night stay-over. Vacation(s) fulfillment is subject to hotel availability at the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort. Certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Vacation(s) are for the winning person and seven (7) guests of the winner's choosing. Vacation(s) and vacation components may not be sold, traded, transferred or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above.

3. Open to all residents of the United States except employees for Benjamin Franklin Literary and Medical Society, Inc;. Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, LLC; its agencies, affiliates and their respective families are not eligible. The total number of entries received will determine the odds of winning a prize. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
