Kiwi Clovers and Shamrock Salad

Kiwi Clovers
• 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

• 1 three-inch piece celery

1. Have a grown-up peel and slice the kiwi in four slices.

2. Wash celery stalk and have a grownup cut a 3-inch piece.

3. Arrange four kiwi slices as shown in picture.

4. To make a stem, place the celery piece between two slices of kiwi.

Shamrock Salad
• Raw vegetables and fruit, such as cabbage, carrots, celery, and apples

• 1 small package lime-flavored gelatin

• 3 small, round gelatin molds

1. Ask a grown-up to help you grate the carrots and chop the cabbage, celery, and apples.

2. Mix the gelatin according to the directions.

3. Pour the gelatin into the three round molds.

4. Stir in some of the raw vegetables and fruit.

5. Put the molds in the refrigerator. Chill until firm.

6. Let a grown-up unmold the salads. Arrange in a triangle to
form a shamrock.

7. Add a stalk of celery for the stem.
