What you need:
Any ripe fruit
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup plain, lowfat yogurt
Toothpick
Wax paper
Multigrain cereal, crushed
What you do:
1. Wash the fruit.
2. Ask a grown-up to peel, core, and/or slice the fruit, if necessary.
3. Stir the honey into the yogurt.
4. Use a toothpick to dip the fruit into the yogurt and the honey.
5. Pour some crushed cereal on a sheet of wax paper.
6. Roll the fruit in the cereal.
7. Store it in a plastic bag or container and freeze overnight.
