Monkey Mash

This healthful snack will make you go ape!

What you need:
• Small mixing bowl
• Fork
• 3 small, ripe bananas
• 3/4 cup lowfat peanut butter
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup raisins
• Crackers or apple slices

What you do:
1. Peel and mash the bananas with a fork.
2. Add the peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix.
3. Sprinkle on the cinnamon and the raisins. Blend well.
4. Spread the mixture on crackers or on apple slices. (Ask an adult to slice the apple for you.)
